  • • You have not downloaded or saved course materials
  • • No live sessions have been attended (if applicable)

  • • The 7-day period starts from the date of payment confirmation
  • • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • • Course access is immediately revoked upon refund approval

3. Digital Product Nature

Our courses are digital products delivered through:

  • • Recorded video content and materials
  • • Digital resources and practice materials
  • • Online platform access for course duration

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final after the 7-day refund period, except in cases of technical issues that prevent course access.

4. Refund Process

Step-by-Step Refund Request

  • • Order/Transaction ID from Razorpay
  • • Course name and purchase date
  • • Reason for refund request
  • • Confirmation that course materials haven't been downloaded

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided In These Cases:

  • • Requests made after the 7-day refund period
  • • More than 25% of course content has been accessed
  • • Course materials have been downloaded or saved
  • • Live sessions have been attended
  • • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • • Change of mind after completing significant course content
  • • Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device compatibility)
  • • Failure to attend scheduled live sessions

6. Technical Issues and Course Access

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Our Commitment:

  • • 24-hour response time for technical support requests
  • • Alternative access methods if platform issues occur
  • • Extended access period if technical issues cause significant disruption
  • • Refund consideration for unresolved technical issues preventing course access

7. Course Modifications and Cancellations

If We Cancel or Significantly Modify a Course:

  • • Full refund will be provided automatically
  • • Alternative course options may be offered
  • • Minimum 48-hour notice for live session changes
  • • Recorded alternatives provided for cancelled live sessions

Minor Course Updates:

We regularly update course content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Minor updates, improvements, or additional content do not qualify for refunds and are considered value additions to your course.

8. Payment Gateway and Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure and trusted payment gateway. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • • UPI: 1-3 business days
